With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the “Company”) hereby announces that Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, has notified the Company that Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, holds 1,181,308.00 shares, corresponding to 5.44 % of the total share capital in the Company.
