With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the “Company”) hereby announces that Nordea Funds Ltd has notified the Company that Nordea Funds Ltd holds 5,538,100 shares, corresponding to 5.10% of the share capital in the Company.
