Results of the Annual General Meeting 2024 of HusCompagniet A/S

Today, HusCompagniet held its Annual General Meeting in accordance with the agenda announced on 8 March 2024. The following resolutions were adopted:

The Annual Report 2023 and the proposal that the result for 2023 is carried forward to next year in were adopted, and discharge of liability was granted to the Board of Directors and Executive Management.

The general meeting adopted the 2023 Remuneration Report in the advisory vote and approved the remuneration to the Board of Directors for 2024.

Claus V. Hemmingsen, Anja Bach Eriksson, Ylva Ekborn, Stig Pastwa, Michael Troensegaard Andersen and Ole Lund Andersen were re-elected to the Board of Directors.

EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab was re-elected as the company’s auditor.

The Board of Directors’ proposals to approve of the Remuneration Policy and to amendment article 3 of the Articles of Association were adopted.

The general meeting authorised the chair of the meeting, with power of delegation, to register the adopted proposals in accordance with the proposal from the Board of Directors.

Following the Annual General Meeting, a constituent meeting of the Board of Directors was held, and accordingly the Board of Directors and its committees are composed as follows:
