Turnkey contract for 106 semi-detached units in Hvidovre annulled

On 16 October 2024, HusCompagniet announced a turn-key contract with property developer Thylander’s fund Build for Life for the construction of 106 semi-detached housing units in residential area ‘Gartnerhaven’ in Hvidovre. The contract was subject to approval from Hvidovre municipality. As approval was not obtained before the agreed deadline, the contract has been annulled.

The annulment does not impact HusCompagniet’s 2025 outlook, which is unchanged with revenue expected at DKK 2.9-3.1 billion, EBITDA of DKK 60-80 million, and EBIT of DKK 15-35 million.
