HusCompagniet to construct Semi-detached houses in Stenløse

HusCompagniet has entered into an unconditional agreement with landowner and developer LRK Bolig for the development of a residential area in Stenløse and the construction of 21 one-storey Semi-detached housing units.

The turnkey contract is expected to generate revenue of DKK 45 million. Building permit for the project has been obtained, and construction is expected to commence in Q3 2026 with handover in the second half of 2027.

In addition to the construction of the 21 Semi-detached housing units, HusCompagniet will perform land development work for 10 Detached housing units in the residential area.

The order does not impact HusCompagniet’s 2026 outlook.
