In accordance with section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the “Company”) hereby announces that EQT VI Limited has notified the Company that EQT VI Limited, through Diego Holding Guernsey Limited, has sold its total holding of shares in the Company and no longer holds shares or voting rights in the Company.
