Notice to convene the Annual General Meeting 2021 of HusCompagniet

HusCompagniet’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 12 April 2021 at 10:00 CET.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation and in order to reduce the spread of infection as much as possible, this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held as a fully electronic meeting without physical attendance. Any shareholder wishing to attend the general meeting may attend electronically only.
