Building permit obtained for 83 housing units in first stage of Velkomn project

On 12 May 2025, HusCompagniet announced (cf. company announcement 7/2025) a turn-key contract with property developer and operator of rental housing Velkomn for which a building permit and Velkomn’s acceptance has now been obtained for the first stage of 83 semi-detached houses in Ringsted Municipality.

The project is divided into three stages comprised of 83, 51 and 57 units, respectively. The remaining two stages are conditional on Velkomn’s acceptance, and the entire project is expected to generate total revenue of approximately DKK 230 million over the construction period, which is scheduled to commence by mid-2025 with delivery of the first units in 2026 and the remaining units in 2027.

Wooden frames and roof cassettes for the houses will be manufactured at HusCompagniet’s production facilities, supporting a gold level certification of the project according to the DGNB standard.
