Results of the Annual General Meeting 2025 of HusCompagniet A/S

Company Announcement 5/2025

Today, HusCompagniet held its Annual General Meeting in accordance with the agenda announced on 7 March 2025. The following resolutions were made:
 

• The Annual Report for the financial year 2024 was adopted,
• The result for 2024 was carried forward to next year in accordance with the adopted Annual Report for 2024,
• The members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management were granted discharge of liability,
• The remuneration report for the financial year 2024 was approved,
• The board of directors’ remuneration for 2025 was approved,
• Claus V. Hemmingsen, Anja Bach Eriksson, Ylva Ekborn, Stig Pastwa, Michael Troensegaard Andersen and Ole Lund Andersen were re-elected to the Board of Directors,
• EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab was re-elected as the company’s auditor with regard to statutory financial and sustainability reporting,
• The renewal of the authorizations to the Board of Directors to increase the share capital was adopted, and
• The delegation of authority to the chair of the meeting was adopted.
   

Following the Annual General Meeting, a constituent meeting of the Board of Directors was held, and accordingly the Board of Directors and its committees are composed as follows:
