Candidate for the Board of Directors of HusCompagniet A/S will not seek election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting

Today, it is announced that Frederik Barfoed will not seek election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2026, as otherwise announced in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
Earlier today, Frederik Barfoed, informed HusCompagniet that, despite his wish to join the Board of Directors, he has decided to withdraw his candidacy.
The Board of Directors has been informed of the above and is currently considering the implications. The Board of Directors expects to revert during next week with an update regarding the proposals to be presented at the Annual General Meeting.
The other candidates for the Board of Directors standing for election at the Annual General Meeting remain as announced in the 11 March 2026 convening notice.
