HusCompagniet is a leading single-family house-builder with roots going back more than 50 years. The brand, HusCompagniet, was established in 2010 via a merger of two Danish medium-sized brick house construction companies, FM-Søkjær and Interbyg.

With a 2023 market share of around 17%, HusCompagniet is a leading provider of single-family detached houses in Denmark. The company also builds semi-detached houses to both private consumers and professional investors and has a presence in Sweden where it produces prefabricated wood-framed detached houses through its VårgårdaHus brand.

HusCompagniet’s leading market position is built on constant innovation and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction through end-to-end, customized turnkey solutions based on a fixed price and payment at delivery, which is a concept that HusCompagniet has pioneered.

Based on a range of standardised house types, HusCompagniet offers a wealth of customisation options, allowing customers to fulfill their dreams of a new home. Since the foundation of the companies that later became HusCompagniet, we have built more than 27,500 houses - all different and customized to each family’s needs and dreams.

In 2023, HusCompagniet generated revenue of DKK 2.4 billion, with an EBITDA before special items of DKK 108 million.
