HusCompagniet wins contract for 96 housing units on Bornholm

HusCompagniet has entered into an agreement with property developer Æbleløkkerne P/S for land preparation and construction of 96 semi-detached housing units comprised of 68 apartments and 28 terraced houses located in Rønne on the Danish island of Bornholm.
The turnkey contract is subject to issuance of relevant permits and expected to generate total revenue of approximately DKK 145 million in the construction period scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2025 with handover in early 2027. Property developer Æbleløkkerne P/S is owned by the local company Ocean Prawns A/S and the insurer Bornholms Brand A.M.B.A..The project is HusCompagniet’s first B2B assignment on Bornholm.

The housing units will be based on wooden frames and roof cassettes manufactured at HusCompagniet’s production facilities and supporting a gold level certification of the project according to the DGNB standard.
