Reduction of share capital

With reference to company announcement 18/2022, HusCompagniet has now registered the completion of the share capital reduction with the Danish Business Authority.
The nominal value of the share capital reduction is DKK 8,950,000 corresponding to 1,790,000 shares (each having a nominal value of DKK 5) held in HusCompagniet’s treasury. Accordingly, the reduction of HusCompagniet’s share capital from DKK 100,000,000 to DKK 91,050,000 has been completed.
In accordance with Section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet hereby announces that its share capital, as of today, is nominally DKK 91,050,000 corresponding to 18,210,000 shares of nominally DKK 5 each and a total of 91,050,000 voting rights.
On 10 May 2022, following the share capital reduction, HusCompagniet holds 209,989 shares (each having a nominal value of DKK 5) in treasury, equivalent to 1.15% of the total share capital following the share capital reduction.

HusCompagniet is a leading provider of single-family detached houses in Denmark. The company also builds semi-detached houses to both private consumers and professional investors and has a presence in Sweden where it produces prefabricated wood-framed detached houses through its VårgårdaHus brand.
