Transactions in connection with share buyback programme

Company announcement 4/2022

On 4 January 2022, HusCompagniet A/S (“HusCompagniet”) launched a share buyback programme, as described in Company Announcement No. 1/2022. According to the programme, HusCompagniet will in the period from 4 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 purchase own shares up to a maximum value of DKK 40 million and no more than 316,942 shares, corresponding to 1.6% of the share capital at commencement of the programme. The share buyback programme has been implemented in accordance with EU Market Abuse Regulation, EU Regulation no. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 and the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

The following transactions were executed under the share buy-back programme from 17 January 2022 to 21 January 2022:
