HusCompagniet enters into a turn-key contract with NREP on the co-housing concept ‘Plushusene’

HusCompagniet has today entered into a turn-key contract with one of the leading Nordic property developers NREP on the development and construction of 164 semi-detached houses under NREP's modern housing concept ‘Plushusene’ in Viby Zealand in Roskilde Municipality.
Group CEO, Martin Ravn-Nielsen, says: “We are pleased that we can bring HusCompagniet's proven expertise and track record into play for the construction of ‘Plushusene’, and at the same time the contract strongly supports our strategy to grow in the B2B market. We are also proud once again to partner with NREP and contribute to their development of the ‘Plushusene’ concept.”
The semi-detached houses will be certified at the gold level according to the DGNB standard. The contract is supported by HusCompagniet's own production facilities where the wooden frames for the semi-detached houses will be constructed.
Expected total revenue amounts to approximately DKK 240 million with an expected revenue impact from Q2 2024 to Q2 2026. The contract has no impact on the 2023 outlook.
The contract is conditioned upon obtainment of building permit, which is expected in April 2024 at the earliest.
