With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the “Company”) hereby announces that Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited (formerly Henderson Global Investors UK Limited) has notified the Company that Janus Henderson Group plc through Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited indirectly holds less than 5.00% of the total voting rights and total shares in the Company.
