Major shareholder announcement

With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the “Company”) hereby announces that Nordea Funds Ltd has notified the Company that Nordea Funds Ltd holds 4,586,415 voting rights, corresponding to 5.04% of the voting rights in the Company with effect from 11 November 2022.
